FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. This makes it easy to access hypnotherapy from anywhere in the world, so there’s no need to travel to appointments.

  • The first session tends to be longer and runs about an hour and a half. Subsequent sessions may run just over an hour.

  • Each Session costs $200.00 USD

  • Most clients typically only need three sessons. Some may need more depending on the issue, while some may need less. For example Smoking cessation may only need one or two but weight control would require no less than three.

  • At this time I do not work directly with insurance companies, but please feel free to inquire with your insurance for reimbursement possibilities using an LMN with your FSA or HSA account.

  • To have a successful Zoom session, you'll need:

    **A stable internet connection.

    **Access to a computer, tablet, or phone with a webcam.

    **A comfortable and private location for the session.

    **Headphones or earbuds

    While I won't be able to control your environment, I recommend finding a quiet space where you won't be disturbed during the session.
